I’m not trying to be funny here, but this Octo Mom is a nut job if I ever saw one. Where is this poor, insane women getting money to surgically transform herself into Angelina Jolie? Now I can perfectly understand the public backlash against this lady, but it’s morally wrong to hate someone with a mental illness (one which makes her believe she’s Angelina).
There seriously needs to be an investigation of that creepy “fertility doctor” Michael Kamrava whose responsible for this outrage. My own view is that he should not only be investigated, but prosecuted as well. The State of California also needs to step in and take some or all of those 14 kids, because this unbalenced woman cannot possibly insure their welfare.
One more question: what’s up with the father of all these kids? Yes they all have the same daddy. Apparently his DNA was being stored in a frozen vat somewhere and used without his knowledge or permission. For all those children to not know their father is completely irresponsible and extremely immoral, yet I’ve heard very little discussion of fatherhood in this sick, twisted story. The entire baby “industry” needs to be cleaned up for real!

I missed the interview when it first aired and WOW this broad is cuckoo for coca puffs! Even her voice and the way she speaks is creepy. I live in southern Cali and news reports are saying apparently the doctor didn’t break any laws.Though he may have broke some ethical guidelines for doctors I’m not sure if he can prosecuted for anything.
I think that these little babies are here-so how and why-is null and void. I think she clearly loves her children -all of them. And our society needs to be there to help and give her acceptance-not criticize her. What good does that do? she obviously wanted more babies-but she didnt count on another eight–she was counting on 7 total. The idea people want to put her down because she looks a little like a celebrity is nuts. She is not trying to do anything except raise her own family in peace

Seriously, we need to stop giving her the attention she desperately craves. I am certain she is having the last laugh, as her publicist already said she is seeking to sell her story and make millions. It’s only a matter of time before she’s on Lifetime or Oxygen…SIGH

Wow! This women is really sick.
At the risk of sounding unpopular, I have to ask, why do people care so much about her? Why is this our business? I think the whole “I’m-a-taxpayer-and-she’s-going-to-be-spending-my-money argument” is weak- especially since most of the national budget goes to defense not to welfare. Secondly, I feel like if she was a White woman, the way the media is handling this would be completely different. Yeah, they may question her mental stability but the sympathy for her would be greater.
I think the treatment of her in the media has been sexist, a little racist, and definitely elitist.
