1980’s “B-Boy” Trying to Make a Comeback? Give Me a Break.
I learned not too long ago that there are some pathetic individuals out there trying to revive the 1980’s B- Boy persona. It is for that reason I posted this clip, so that they can actually see how RIDICULOUS they look. Enjoy the antics of brilliant comedian Affion Crockett.
This hurt…
…a lot…
Very funny!
I posted a video about a month ago of our Muslim break dancing b-boys
http://salafiburnout.wordpress.com/2009/03/02/muslim-breakdancers/
Too funny!! I had to watch it a couple of times. Speaking of Salafi Burnout’s video, check out the Sufi Breakdancer:
i didn’t think the video was funny. I thought it was just dumb. The only time you would someone dressed like that would be for a 80’s theme party. It was a weak attempt at satire. When you make satire there’s supposed to be some air of truth in it. This video didn’t have anything relating to truth. It showed what alot people who don’t know much about Hip Hop think it is.
Who’s trying to revive the “B Boy Persona” and what does that even mean? I’m confused. Being a B Boy is timeless just like any dancer.
CrazyLegs & (our Muslim Brother) Fabel
Look at the video on my site in the link I posted above. There is a Muslim Hip Hop movement trying to revive the “B Boy Persona”
@ Hamza 21
Look like somebody caught some feelings.
what does that even mean???
@ Salafi Burnout
That video shows Hip Hop Culture not a “B Boy Persona”? What does even mean? I’m well aware of most of people in the video Aerosoul Arabic,Adisa Banjoko,Amir Sulayman, Liza Garza,DJ BeLikeMuhammad, etc. They wouldn’t say themselves they have a “B Boy Persona”. That is just Hip Hop culture.
@ Hamza21
That Hip Hop Culture that the sufis are trying to promote is a bunch of nonsense and bidah that they are trying to graft unto the deen
@ Hamza 21
“Catching feelings” means being a little too sensitive about something or having one’s feeling wounded.
